Thursday Class

 This is what we will do on Thursday

After arriving in the cooking class in Kata beach we get to know each other with a relaxing and refreshing glass of lemon grass tea! Before we start with our program of the day:

Lunch group (10:30 / 10.30 AM) will take approx. 3 hours:


  • Tom Kha Gai – Coconut Milk Soup with mild taste, Lemongrass, Lime Juice, and Galangal
  • Panang Curry – Mildest Red Curry with Delicious  Sauce (Make it from the scratch)
  • Pad Thai – Thai style Stir fried noodles with chicken, lime juice and secret sauce
  • Mango with Sticky Rice – Riped Mango on the side of glutinous rice on top of coconut cream

Dinner group (15:30 / 3.30 PM) will take approx. 4 hours:


  • Local market tour | we start with a short walk across the local market and get a peak of real Thai life
  • Tom Yum – Thai Famous Spicy and Sour Soup
  • Red Curry – A chicken curry with the spicy taste of red curry paste (Make it from the scratch)
  • Spring Roll – Thai Style Spring Roll
